What these terms will cover
The final terms will set out:
- who provides this service, and who you can contact;
- who may use it, and what an account lets you do;
- what you must not do with it;
- what we are and are not responsible for;
- how the terms can change, and how either side can end them;
- which law applies, and how complaints are handled.
These are not the Terms of Business between a landlord and the agency. Those are a separate agreement, signed by the landlord.
